1. About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries, booking requests and services arranged through the Costa Del Storage website. Storage, transport and collection services are provided by SEAJASSTORAGE SL.

2. Booking requests and availability

Availability shown on the website is maintained manually and is intended as a guide. Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when Costa Del Storage has accepted the request and any required payment or deposit has been arranged.

3. Prices and IVA/VAT

Prices shown on the website are subject to confirmation and, where stated, IVA/VAT. Transport, collection and additional service quotes may depend on locations, volume, access requirements and timing.

4. Storage payments

Where applicable, the agreed deposit, initial storage charge and future recurring charges will be explained before payment is taken. Customers are responsible for keeping payment details valid for any agreed recurring arrangement.

5. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate contact, address, item and access information. Additional costs caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information may be discussed and agreed before extra work is carried out.

6. Items accepted for storage or transport

Customers must not place illegal, dangerous, explosive, flammable, perishable or otherwise unsuitable goods into storage or transport without prior written agreement. Costa Del Storage may refuse items that present a safety, legal or operational risk.

7. Access and collection

Storage access, collections and deliveries are subject to agreed opening hours, appointment arrangements and operational availability. Saturday and Sunday access is by appointment only unless otherwise agreed.

8. Transport services

Transport timings are estimates unless specifically confirmed otherwise. Delays can occur because of traffic, ferry or border disruption, weather, customs requirements or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

9. Cancellations and changes

Customers should contact Costa Del Storage as soon as possible to cancel or change a booking. Any cancellation charge, refund or credit will depend on the service booked, work already carried out, transport already arranged and any written terms supplied with the confirmed booking.

10. Damage, loss and insurance

Customers should report alleged loss or damage promptly. Any applicable liability, insurance cover, exclusions or claim procedure should be confirmed in the service-specific agreement or quotation.

11. Website information

We aim to keep website information accurate, but availability, prices, schedules and service details may change. A later written quotation or confirmed booking takes precedence.

12. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
